Participants will be accommodated at Casa Papa Giovanni or La Cittadella Ospitalità.

We will do our best to find you a place in the accommodation of your choice.

However, since the number of single rooms is limited, priority will be given to participants with health issues. Once the maximum capacity is reached, double rooms will be assigned to the remaining participants.

Meals will be served at your accommodation venue.

Rates

1. Casa Papa Giovanni: €40 (for single or double rooms)

2. La Cittadella Ospitalità: €38 (+ €10 for a single room)

Rates

1. Casa Papa Giovanni: lunch = €13; dinner = €13

2. La Cittadella Ospitalità: offers additional meals only if there are sufficient requests.

This contribution covers in particular:

– the administrative expenses of the organization,

– the transportation and accommodation of Swamiji and his assistant,

– the rental of the satsang hall,

– as well as the bus rental for the excursion to Santa Maria Degli Angeli.

The teachings will be given in French and English.

They will be translated into French, English, and Italian via Zoom.

Please make sure you have:

– a fully charged smartphone,

– headphones or an audio headset,

– and the Zoom app installed before the retreat.

Carpooling

To facilitate carpooling, we use an external platform. Please provide the number of available seats in your car and the dates/times of your outbound and return trips so that other participants can organize themselves.

I confirm my registration for the International Retreat in Assisi and commit to paying:

– the €55 retreat participation fee now,

– as well as the accommodation costs (and any additional meals or extra nights) on site, by card or in cash (€).
