Ajatananda Ashram - Foreign Guest Registration (Form C Intake)

Indian regulations require the Ashram to register every foreign guest. Please complete this form no later than your arrival day. Copy names, numbers and dates exactly from your documents. Clear scans or photographs must show the whole document and all four corners.

Before you begin: prepare a JPG passport-style photograph (maximum 50 KB), your passport details page, your Indian visa/e-Visa ETA, and the passport pages showing your Indian visa/endorsement and immigration entry stamp.
