In these online meetings, Swami Atmananda offers to deepen the themes of Consciousness, Spiritual Awakening, and non-dual meditation in the tradition of Advaita Vedanta.
These sessions, lasting approximately 2 hours in total, begin with a short silent meditation followed by a teaching from Swamiji, and conclude with a question-and-answer session focused on spiritual practice.
Please note: While the internet offers us the beautiful gift of gathering across distances and receiving the teaching wherever we may be in the world, it also carries a certain temptation: to participate more anonymously, and perhaps with less inward commitment, than we might at an in-person retreat where travel and sustained presence naturally foster deeper engagement.
Out of care for the integrity of this teaching space and drawing from both our own experience with Zoom and the broader realities of online gatherings today, we have established three simple etiquette rules (see below). These are not meant as constraints, but as gentle supports to help us create together an atmosphere of presence, respect, and wholehearted participation.
Registration is required to take part in the satsang.

In order to create the best conditions for everyone to listen and interact during our online meetings, and to avoid anonymity, here are the 3 etiquette rules we ask each participant to respect throughout the meeting and as a sign of full participation. We kindly ask you to:
1. Keep your webcam switched on
2. Appear clearly on the screen
3. Display your first name (in full) and surname (in full or initial)
These three rules are an essential condition for taking part in online events with Swami Atmananda. In fact, we believe that visible and personal participation in an encounter of this kind helps to create an atmosphere of communion and spiritual oneness between us!
To be attuned to the authentic Indian tradition of Satsang, it is therefore important to really engage in transparent participation, unlike other more impersonal types of online meetings, such as training seminars, etc.
Please note: those who prefer not to display their name or to keep their camera switched off will therefore not be able to take part in this meeting. Thank you for your kind understanding.

The teachings are offered on a conscious donation basis.
As a non-profit organisation, the Ajatananda Ashram depends solely on donations to cover all its expenses (daily living, maintenance of the Ashram, travel, accommodation, etc.).
If you feel inspired to help the Ashram promote its activities in the field of non-dual teaching and interreligious dialogue, you can do so by making an online donation to ‘Les Amis d’Ajatananda Ashram’, the France-based non-profit association which supports the Ashram (for more information about the association, please click here; page in French). All contributions are greatly appreciated and received with deep gratitude.
Details of how to send your donation will be emailed to you after the event. However, you can also choose to donate at any time via the Support page of our website.
